Blueberry, Mint & Cucumber Mojito (Non-Alcoholic)

Prep time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup ice cubes
1 lime
1/2 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
1/3 cup blueberries
8 mint leaves
1 cup soda water
METHOD:
Add the ice cubes to the glass.
Juice 1/2 the lime into the glass. Cut the remaining half into wedges and add them into the glass.
Slice the Lebanese cucumber and add them to the glass.
Add the blueberries and mint leaves to the glass.
Pour the soda water into the glass to fill it up.
If mocktails aren’t your thing, you can turn this into a cocktail by adding a shot of either rum, vodka or gin.
