Choc Superseed Bliss Balls

Choc Superseed Bliss Balls

Gluten Free | Vegan | Nut Free

Makes 16

Ingredients

  • 8 medjool dates 

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon 

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 3 tbsp coconut milk 


Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz to combine. If needed, add a dash more coconut milk to form a sticky consistency.

  2. Roll 1 heaped tablespoon into a ball and repeat with the remainder of the mixture.

Storage: These bliss balls will last for up to 7 days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
