Orange & Ginger Bliss Balls

Gluten Free | Nut Free
Makes 16

Ingredients:

  • 8 Medjool dates

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • ½ cup sesame seeds

  • 2 oranges, zest and juice

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined and the mixture is sticky.

  2. Roll around 1 tablespoon of batter into a ball at a time

  3. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
